Winter Holiday Schedule
Faculty Staff Housing will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23, 2017 and Friday, November 24, 2017. We will also be closed for the University’s Winter Closure beginning Monday, December 25, 2017 and will re-open on Monday, January 8, 2018. Please refer to our Holiday Closure letter for further information.

Direct Sales of University Terrace Condominium Homes
Beginning on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. we will begin direct sales of the remaining condominium homes at the University Terrace. There are approximately 50 of these homes available and they will be sold on a first come, first served basis to eligible faculty starting on January 16.

In preparation for this, on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. a workshop will be held at 2500 Columbia Street (Condo Building 1) in Unit #116, at which time the purchase consultants will explain the direct sales process, review the condos that are available, and answer questions.

For those who cannot make the workshop, the consultants can also be contacted at info@theuniversityterrace.com or at 650.724.7262. The consultants will be available on December 27, 28, 29 and January 2, 3, 4, and 5 during the winter break. (updated December 8, 2017)

Lottery Reminder
Eligible Faculty may register for more than one lottery, however Eligible Faculty who have a reservation or a contract on a single-family home in one FSH Housing Lottery are no longer eligible to participate in another FSH Housing Lottery. This does not apply to those who have a reservation or a contract on a condominium home. (updated November 1, 2016)

Faculty Staff Housing, a division of the Office of the Provost, provides a variety of programs and information to help eligible Stanford faculty and staff make the transition into a new home as smooth as possible.
