Direct Sales of University Terrace Condominium Homes
We are pleased to announce the remaining condominiums at University Terrace will be offered for sale to
eligible faculty on a first come, first served basis beginning on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
PST. The first eligible faculty member in line on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. PST will have
the first pick of the available condominium homes. Queuing begins no earlier than 7:00 a.m. on the 16th
on the terrace just to the right of the entrance to 2500 Columbia Street.
Please join us for a Direct Sale Condominium Workshop
in Unit #116 at 2500 Columbia Street in Palo Alto on:
- Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 12:30 p.m.
The Purchase Consultants will be providing an overview of the Direct Sales Purchase Program for the
Condominium homes and will be available to answer questions.
- We encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance of January 16, 2018 with a Purchase
Consultant to view available condominium home inventory.
- The current condominium inventory is available on the website’s
- Home selections will begin on January 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Information Center located
at 2500 Columbia Street, Unit #116, Palo Alto, CA. At this time, the faculty can:
- Reserve a home OR
- Make a future appointment to reserve a home

Eligible Faculty may register for more than one lottery, however Eligible Faculty who have a reservation
or a contract on a single-family home in one FSH Housing Lottery are no longer eligible to participate in
another FSH Housing Lottery. This does not apply to those who have a reservation or a contract on a
