Clinician Educator Zero Interest Program (CE-ZIP)

The Clinician Educator Zero Interest Program (CE-ZIP) is a secured nonamortizing zero interest mortgage loan. A CE-ZIP loan is not part of the required cash down payment. CE-ZIP is to be used for a purchase, not to refinance existing mortgage loans.
