Faculty Staff Housing is introducing a new home purchase lottery process beginning with the upcoming Lottery Sale #125. The updated process was developed with input from various schools and departments across the University, and their feedback helped inform the changes. 

The new process is designed to give eligible participants additional opportunities over time. Each eligible participant receives one base entry. For each lottery in which you are not offered a home, you will earn one additional entry that can improve your chances in future lotteries. 

To ensure a smooth transition, participants who entered lotteries before the new process takes effect will receive additional entries based on their previous lottery participation, adjusted for any prior lottery offer awards or declines.

The new process recognizes continued participation while maintaining a fair and transparent selection process for all applicants.
